She knows the importance of building a relationship of trust and through that relationship she provides hope and the will to overcome adversities in the light of faith. Angie is so passionate and detailed about her work, it was a blessing to be with her and be guided by someone who truly cares. Through EDEN I shaped my values, which help me crystalize that having an eating disorder was not one of my values and therefore I needed to give all my energy to stopping it.
Faith is crucial in recovery and EDEN combines the actual eating, emotional support and faith. I would not be where I am in my recovery without EDEN. Both Angie and the team treat their clients with love and celebrate the wins while catching us when we fall. And we all have fallen. Through EDEN I shaped my values, which help me crystalize that having an eating disorder was not one of my values and therefore I needed to give all my energy to stopping it. EDEN provided a safe place for me while I transitioned from more intensive treatment to outpatient. The connections and community that is created through EDEN is beautiful and divine. It is very evident that Jesus radiates throughout the group from the opening hellos to the closing prayer. EDEN has helped me build a life that I am proud of. I would not be where I am today without EDEN.

The intimate setting allowed me to be honest, vulnerable, and feel supported by a small group of young women who were struggling just like me, and who loved Jesus as much as I did. By incorporating scripture, exceptional therapeutic techniques, and individualized meal support, Eden is a group unlike any other. The power of God is present in every session, and His love radiates through the team as they lead with fearlessness and grace. As someone who never, EVER thought she'd find a way out of the darkness, I can't recommend this group enough.

So many times, I was ready for her to give up on me, and so many times she has shown me that she didn't, and that she won't. She held hope for me, and faith in my ability to recover so many times when I couldn't do it for myself. And now, she has helped me to build that hope and faith within myself. Since I began working with Angie, my entire life has shifted. I know she would say that I get the credit for that. But, there is no way I would have had the skills, tools, knowledge, insight, or courage to get here without her help. Honestly, I would have never known to ask for most of what Angie has provided for me during our time working together. Marian helped my partner and I rebuild our relationship and encouraged navigating conflict, which we were both terrified of, rather than ignoring it.
