Hi, I’m Marian!
I’ve always been deeply curious about what makes relationships work—what helps people feel connected, understood, and secure, both with others and within themselves. That curiosity grew from my own experiences navigating the complexities of relationships, and it has led me to a career dedicated to helping others build meaningful, fulfilling connections.
As a licensed mental health therapist, I specialize in working with couples, adults, young adults, and teens. My focus is on supporting clients in exploring the patterns that shape their relationships, improving communication, and fostering a stronger sense of self. I believe that healing happens in connection—and that healthy relationships are foundational to emotional well-being.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve had the opportunity to share insights on relationship dynamics through guest appearances on podcasts such as Love On and The Coffee Breakup, contributing to wider conversations about love, self-awareness, and growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-life experience. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships, struggling with self-esteem, or simply wanting to deepen your emotional connections, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered to move toward the life and relationships you want.

Hi, I’m Ivanna!
I’ve always been drawn to the richness of human stories—curious about what shapes us, what sustains us, and how we find our way through pain and transformation. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the honor of working with children and families, particularly within the foster care and dependency system. This work has deepened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit and strengthened my commitment to creating spaces for healing, growth, and hope.
Each of us carries a personal narrative—a living story shaped by relationships, experiences, and turning points. Sometimes, that story gets interrupted or burdened by challenges that make it hard to see the next chapter. I believe therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and gently rewrite the parts of our story that no longer serve us.
My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to offer a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your story with honesty and compassion. Whether you are navigating trauma, transition, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you uncover strength, clarity, and new meaning in your journey.
